Polars is an American indie rock band based in Cleveland, Ohio. The band formed in the fall of 2014 when lead songwriters, Justin Miller and Kurt Eyman, began developing new material in Miller's home studio. The duo quickly amassed an impressive catalogue of demo material, and by the spring of 2015, they began the production of their debut album, "Into the Pines". The album, which will be released independently in the fall of 2015, is a collection of seven songs, showcasing the bands dynamic musical arrangements and captivating vocal performance.
While in the studio, the band also expanded it's lineup with the addition of Dan Northern (Drums), Paul Bartholet (Bass), Jake Briggs (Piano), and Pat Santilli (Aux Percussion).
